Utilities: Johnston County Public Utilites -Trash Collection: Ole Mill Stream does not have city trash/recycling collection. Homeowner’s are required to contract with private trash and recycling companies. Additionally, there are multiple county drop sites for certain wastes. Homeowner’s must buy a landfill permit/decal from the Johnston County Public Utilities Department Solid Waste Section (see Johnston County website link above)
